"The company that created our last site went MIA and we couldn't reach anyone. Fortunately, we were able to gain control of the site but there was no support and updates were unable to be made. On top of that, it was just an outdated site and we were looking to upgrade. It was frustrating that there was no support available when any issues would arise. We do have an IT person we use and he was able to assist with some issues that came up. Fortunately, nothing catastrophic happened but we were on borrowed time and we couldn't afford for our site to go down.

After doing a bit of research, we were impressed with Thrive’s services and by the number of YMCAs around the country that have used you for their website. Even the initial few calls with Jeff made us feel comfortable with your team.

The only obstacle that I saw initially was the cost, but that was quickly cast aside by our CFO and CEO who approved of the project immediately.

From the first few kick off and training calls, I could tell that the support was amazing. Dominick was fantastic helping me through the whole process and was timely in his answers and solutions to all of our questions and requests.

I found that most of the modules were very easy to use and similar to the back end modules I had experience with (Word Press). I also went through all the YouTube training videos and watched them a few times to get myself even more acclimated. I was very eager to jump right in and get my hands dirty. I've always been a hands on learner so just getting in the back end of the site and playing around was the best way for me to learn.

Of course there were some aspects that I had trouble with, but I can say that Dominick was extremely helpful and timely in his responses and solutions to all my questions, suggestions, issues, etc. He made this whole experience very easy and pleasant, and I can't thank him enough.

The entire experience has been very pleasant and we are so happy with the finished product. We have gotten so many compliments already on how great the new site looks. I would be happy to recommend Thrive to anyone who is looking to re-energize their website!"
