What's the Estimated Timeline?

You will be granted access to your new ySite in the kickoff meeting, our very first meeting together. From there it is a matter of how fast does your YMCA want to move on adding new content and photos. 

Most YMCAs use our recommended process of 8-10 weeks. Need it sooner? The current record is 10 days.

We will have a kickoff meeting and supply our refined "site launch cheatsheet". We will be by your side and guide you through the rest of the website process. We have 1-hour weekly check-in calls, help with questions, give advice when asked, and provide additional training as needed outside of the library of how-to and training videos.

We've launched 70+ YMCA websites with this proven strategy. 

What does Content Migration include?

Content migration is when we migrate content for you. That means you can choose which pages on your current site you want us to move over to your new ySite for you. All of the text, images, links will be moved for you onto your new website. 

Like all packages, you still get unlimited webpages available for your website. The package you choose determines how many pages we'll transfer for you.

What doesn't Content Migration include?

It doesn't include the creation of new content for you, e.g. writing copy for a page from scratch.

If you provide us with the content, we'll create the page for you, ready to go on your website.
