We go at your pace. Whether you need your ySite in 10 weeks or 10 days, you will never fall behind or get lost with Thrive. We always launch our sites on time.

1. Start your project
Once you are ready to get a new ySite, we'll get the paperwork out of the way and begin the rest of the website process.
2. Kickoff meeting
We'll start with a kickoff meeting where you are assigned a ySite Director who will be leading you through the project. You will get the keys to your ySite and be able to start adding content after this meeting.
3. Schedule weekly meeting times
We will meet at the same time and day every week. This will help you stay on track for launch, as well as giving you access to your ySite Director each week. And please feel free to email or call outside of these weekly meeting times if needed!
4. We set up the basics
We will get your style of header & footer, homepage layout, and chosen color scheme in place while you start adding content to your ySite.
5. Content & Training Sessions
Learn how to use your ySite & we'll help guide you through the content population process with weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
6. Pre-launch meeting
We educate you on the final website launch process, which includes: expectations and plan for day of the launch, completing our 50 pt launch checklist, propagation process, and SSL installation.
7. Launch your website!
Great work, your ySite is ready! It's time to show off your new website to your staff, members, and the public!
