Is $225 an hour too much for simple help? (We think so)
Recently we were talking to a YMCA who had a hard time updating their website. And any time they needed help it would take days to even weeks before they would get a simple reply from their web developer. On top of that, the developer would charge $225 an hour to help. That makes us cringe.
This is a key reason why we introduced the schedule a 15-minute support meeting service. Simply book an available time slot anytime you like for a 1-on-1 meeting.
We do support differently
We believe your web developers should be there for you and when times are tough, you can rely on Thrive's ySite team to help you out. We can help answer questions, teach you how to use your site, and even fix minor bugs with the code.
You get your very own dedicated ySite Support Team—included with every ySite!
So what kind of support is included with a ySite agreement?
- Email Support (2 hours per month*)
- Phone Support (2 hours per month*)
- Unlimited Training (for new hires, or simple refresher training sessions for your YMCA team)
*Note: Don't tell anyone but we've actually never charged a single YMCA that has gone above 2 hours of support. In the past, a couple of Ys used 6+ hours of support for a few months in a row even and still no extra charges! We get it, sometimes when it rains, it pours—and you shouldn't be punished for it.
Have support, your way
Since everyone has different learning styles and preferred methods, we believe you should "have it your way."
Do you prefer communication via phone? written (email)? short video recordings? via 1-on-1 Zoom screen share?—it is totally your choice! We are happy to accommodate.
